A team of five went to Hong Kong for training, joined missionaries from Hong Kong and made our way to Cagayan de Oro, Philippines to serve there. A typhoon struck not long prior to our arrival and had caused many casualties and left most of the villages in ruins. We ministered to children and families living in temporary homes and made many friends along the way.
A group went to Amsterdam to serve in hostels around the Red Light District. Although the team was assigned work in the coffee house or kitchen or office, the primary responsibility of the staff was to talk with the travelers and maintain an openness to share whatever the Lord led them to.
